Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property: All proprietary algorithms, Multiscale QDT frameworks, and “Quantum Cognition” content are the sole property of YiBo Quanta.
2. Consulting Disclaimer: Preliminary feasibility insights provided via email or initial calls do not constitute a formal engineering or investment audit.
3. Contracts: A formal Statement of Work (SOW) is required for binding technical delivery.
